Welded steel-structure. The bottom cutting-edge is fixed on the table, the upper edge can turn around a horizontal axle. The spindle is fitted in a bearing box. The bearing box can be moved along one axis of the table, and fixed by screws. To execute a cutting you just have to pull the geared level control. An 800 x 1000 mm auxiliary table helps the work. The position of cutting edges and the convergence are adjustable. The guiding fences on the table are mm scaled, the stop bar too, so you can adjust the plate size with mm accuracy.

"IS" arched shear

The machine is built on welded steel-structure, it is simple and trusty. The arch of the upper cutting blade ensures an ideal edge angle in the whole length of the cutting. The axle hub is so formed, that it is possible to push the sheet along the cutting on, this way is possible to cut the band with optional length also. You can fix the sheet in the most competent position with the turn able material pressure. It is possible to turn the working table down, so there is comfortable work plane. On the table mm measuring rules head the plate just as you can put the plate size with mm scheme matterstop.

"XO" eccentric block shear
