The operation of the machine is based on traditional
tilting table principle.
The clamping of plate is done through pressing down the
arm of eccentric.
The workpiece remains clamped until the arm is pulled
up.
The lifting up of upper bridge is linear motion, a gas
telescope balances its movement, making the operation extremely easy.
Springy links assist the lifting up of the tilting
table.
The thickness of plate, the sharpness of bent edge and
the position of clamping are adjustable with arrester.
The degree of bending is traceable on graduation,
limitable with arrester.
A horizontal machine table holds the plate straight.
The machine can be complemented with manual double
roller-blade shear ("KGO") (extra charge).
It is possible to order separate rear back-stop table
from 5 to 1000mm in options.
